About Computer Service World Inc
Computer Service World started in 2006, as a cash & carry service business in Central New York. CSW has expanded under current leadership to include the Twin Cities Region of, Minneapolis, Minnesota as of, 2009. This, of course, is not to forget the pilot program of the national field service ability of CSW, also started in 2009.
Currently, the starting three for CSW with some history:
John Walsh, our CEO and Chairman to the Board of Directors, has served in these positions since 2006. Prior to this, Mr. Walsh worked his way up through the ranks, working in different geographic locations from Central New York, to New Jersey, to Downstate New York, while as a Store Manager of Leslies Pool-Mart Inc. Following a relocation back to Central New York, Mr. Walsh went to work in Outside Sales for 84 Lumber Co. Currently, in addition to his day-to-day activities with CSW, Mr. Walsh also still does Consulting work for the Gerson Lehrman Group LLC, as part of their retail council, work he has done since 2005.
Daniel Kraft, our Chief Operations Officer (COO), has served since the companies expansion into the Minnesota region March of 2009. Mr. Kraft has served a wide variety of retail outlets in his professional career; bringing a wide-range of different techniques to the table to assist Mr. Walsh in the running, and the future success of CSW.
Joshua Newman, our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), has served since the companies expansion into the Minnesota region, March of 2009. Mr. Newman has served a wide variety of retail outlets in his professional career; bringing, like Mr. Kraft, a wide-range of different marketing, as well as, pricing techniques to the table to assist Mr. Walsh with the running of CSW.
We are pleased to welcome our new Online Store Manager, William Mitchell. Bill started with the company as a Service Technician, and has received this promotion through the same hard-work, and determination that has made CSW.
